San Angel is a long standing must do for us. And we've been there when the food has been great. And not so good.
Today was fabulous. I'd reserved at 11:30, and we got a table for 5 along the river as requested.
Our server was Carmen, who was the best we've had on this or any trip.
The chps were thin, warm, and fresh. When my DS requested spicier salsa, she brought out 3 different sauces.
The Sopa Azteca comes out with dry ingredients, with the broth poured table side. The table had 1 steak, one chicken enchilada with tomatillo, one fish and 2 tacos al carbon. All were well-prepared. So a happy thumbs up from us.
