Lovely little surprise! *squee*

I received a phone call from Thompson head office yesterday telling me that they had just reviewed our file as I'd paid the balance of the honeymoon and they wanted to let me know that they have upgraded us to extra legroom seats for free and arranged for there to be a 'surprise' in our hotel room when we arrive!

*fingers crossed for champagne!!*

I *just can't wait* to go!!

Heh heh it was pretty much the noise I made when they called! I'm with you on the customer service point, if I'm honest - when they said where they were calling from I was half expecting it to be a sales call trying to get me to take all the upgrades we didn't select!!
