In 2004 we stayed at the Cypress Pointe resort Grand Villas in a 3 bedroom and we loved it. (Thanks to all those folks who posted comments about it on this web site)
We are thinking of going back in June.
Just wondered if anyone has found any other 3 bedrooms that are as good or better. Looks like the 3br is $135/nt currently. Looking for comparable price as well.
Thanks

the price is the problem.

Celebration world resort has a 3-bedroom - that sometimes shows up on skyauction (not often) but it does show up.

Marriott's Imperial Palms and Marriott's Grande Vista both have 3-bedroom - but expect to pay big time here.

Orange Lake has one. Summer Bay has cottages.

That's what I was afraid of. I like the "resort" feel of CP with the different pools and such.
Do Orange lake and Summer Bay have that resort feel?

Out of curiosity did you think of renting a condo or townhouse direct from the owner??? You may just want to peak around to get a comparison. I'd check www.vrbo.com for some ideas.

We own with the timeshare company that has CP. They also have a nice resort just up the road, called Embassey Grand Beach. Last summer my SIL and DB went there . They got a 3 bedroom condo, and went throught the sales pitch. It was less then 90 min, and the 7 days cost them $199. The place is on a lake, which has canoes, a pier for finshing and 2 pools. I go to both CP and EGB several times a year. I do like the locatoion of both. EGB is set up a little different, the porch is much larger, we had 5 adults and 3 kids eating dinner on it with room to spare. The condo it self is not as large as CP. I think EGB is slightly nicer.

Oh, its Sunterra Corp. that owns them both. And there is a 3 place called Polynesian Isles, which is over near Celebration. That reminded me of the Poly resort at WDW... a little....the condo rooms were fairly roomy.

Hope this helps.
Best of luck!

Here's another vote for Embassy Grand Beach. We stayed there in 2004 and LOVED it! We actually own at its sister resort, Polynesian Isles, but they only have 1 and 2 bedroom units. They're spacious, though.
