Love the breakfast sausage

Does anyone know what brand of breakfast sausage they serve at the WDW hotels?

It's absolutely delicious, and if we pick some up I'm hoping it will bring me back to the POP food court having breakfast instead of sitting here in PA.

I've seen Sysco trucks delivering to Pop Century so I guess it's Sysco brand. I haven't eaten the sausage at Pop Century in a few years. It was pretty awful the last time I had it.

My guess is that it is turkey sausage and not pork sausage because of what I see on the menus.

I would love to know too - I am a Brit living in the USA and the DIsney sausages are the nearest I have tasted to english sausages (especially the consistency/texture) which you just can't get here. I do know they are made of chicken and even though I have bought every brand of chicken sausage I can find, none of them taste like the Disney ones!
