Just got back Friday from BCV. I love the new check in area. It was so nice and quick. No waiting. My quest were also very impressed being shuttled into a beautiful waiting room. What a great resort, it was scarey at first they changed my reservation from a 2bedroom dedicated to a 2 bedroom lock off. I found that out on Friday before I left for my trip. They got it all straightened out before I got there. Going again next year. Girls break.:woohoo:

Sounds great! We want to try BCV perhaps the next time we go. What is a 2 bedroom lock off and a 2 bedroom dedicated? I read this a lot on on the boards and I don't understand. Thanks for any info. Any more info on the resort would be great. How were the buses? Did you try any of the restaurants onsite? Did you like SAB? TIA.

A dedicated two bedroom can't be split into a 1BR and a studio. It usually has two regular beds in the second bedroom instead of a bed and a sofabed. It's a lot more comfy to sleep in a real bed than a sofabed, if you have the choice.

We'll be staying at the BCV for the first time on our upcoming trip ... could you please tell me more about the new check in area (i.e., where it's located, etc.,) ... thank you ... :)

Me too!!! We will be there next month.

The new BCV check in, is in the lobby of the Villas. You go through the lobby of the Beach Club and go straight outside to your Villas. Pass the mermaid go through the entrance and it's to your left. There will be someone in the lobby of the main Beach Club entrance who will ask you if you are a member. A manager asked our group and walked us directly there. My quest were new comers and were quite impressed about the service we got. You'll love it. No waiting.

There is no need to even enter the BC lobby for that matter. If arriving by ME, taxi or limo, just head for the green building. There is a sidewalk in front of the Breezeway that leads toward Ariel and the BCV lobby.

If driving, ask the guard where to park for the villas. When you walk into the villas just head for the little lobby.

We were there last week too, Renting Space. We absolutely love BCV.

Oh, one other thing. The BCV lobby check in has limited hours...8am-5 or 6pm. I checked in at the BC lobby as I was doing so shortly after 7am.
