I had to move up a trip at the last minute today (now I leave in 13 days!) and it was helpful to look online and see what days were available...... then I did have to call in, because the system does not allow canceling reservations? or modifying existing ones?
So I had to CALL to switch the dates, and sorry to say, I got a DVC CM who was extremely difficult to understand, English was not her native language for sure (not Spanish speaking, Asian). I almost hung up to get a different CM, but then I felt bad, so I toughed it out. (when I asked for a room at BLT on a higher floor, ending in an even number, she made me spell "even"/ she had no idea what I was talking about), Made me glad that they have the online system, it is SO nice and fast, the way it shows which days are available. I was flexible and the system let me see which dates were there for the resort and view that I wanted.
