I'm curious about this - lately I've met several different people, some only on the internet, some in person, that use the term love quickly and easily (not romantically). For example, we're talking via email about similar interests for a few weeks and then all of a sudden one of their emails were signed love ya from then on out.
A couple of people I'm working w/ adoption wise within a week or so were saying love you before getting off the phone and another aquaintance has said it since the first month since I met her.
I'm just wondering if I'm emotionally broken since I can't remember casually using the term love - and I'm not complaining, but I know I'm not THAT loveable. Now - I do have to admit that when it was said on the phone I automatically said it back even though I didn't in particularly mean it and would have never initially said it. I know that's bad, but I didn't know what to say.
Is love ya just taking the place of bye, see ya, etc among people and I've missed the boat? (again)
