You're cetainly entitled to feel how ever you want to, but these two threads seem to be conflicting a little bit (not to mention the 8 years older issue which seems like a pretty big mistake to make if it was really 4 years - which was pretty big by itself if you really were 14 and he was 10).

OP you are way too young to give up BUT you really need to stop worrying about finding a husband and concentrate on YOU... you are making some bad choices, it's not your 'fault' we all do/did it... put a few more life experiences under your belt so you know what you want in life & deserve in a relationship.

OP, a 33-year-old friend of mine called today to say she's done with "this one!" She's a great person, very pretty, excellent figure. Never has trouble getting dates. She just hasn't found the guy for her yet.

And I know everyone says this, but it is often true. Sometimes you find the person for you when you aren't looking. I did! Don't despair.
