Lounge access

I know I am missing the thread but I'll post any way......can you still go to the bars and lounges at different resorts without a reservation? I think I read somewhere that you could not but I wanted to double check before we go.

Yes you can. You don't need a reservation in order to go to the bars/lounges. The only issue is that you won't be able to park your car at the resorts since you need an ADR in order to do so. You'll have to use Disney transportation (bus/monorail/Skyliner/boat) in order to get to the lounges.

We like to eat apps and such at some of these as well. I did notice when looking at menus however, that there was some that mentioned after 4 pm, so just be aware of times.

There are quite a few of them that don't open until 4, the ones attached to restaurants that serve lunch are usually a good bet before that.

As noted, you CAN go to the lounges without a reservation - most, if not all, of them don't take reservations at all - but it's possible that won't be easy if you intend to visit resorts by car.
