Lots of ADRs available for Christmas week. Normal?

DH and I just found out we may be going back to WDW from 12/25-12/30 for the Soccer College Showcase (12/27-12/30). I was checking some AM and PM ADRs for some of our favorite restaurants (from signatures for dinner to Crystal Palace , Chef Mickey's and even Tusker House before park opening on 12/26) and saw that there are a wide variety of times available in the early AM and for dinner around 6:30-8:30PM. Is this normal? Am I missing something that would make vacationers not want these ADR times? We've never been at the holidays, we usually go in January and this year in March and had a tough time finding anything for the times we wanted. Thoughts?

I was surprised by this too. We were able to book CRT for breakfast on Christmas morning. However, didn't get Cali grill for dinner

It's amazing, I went and made our ADRs tonight for 12/26-12/31 and got everything we wanted, including Narcoossee's on 12/30 at 7:30 on an 8pm Wishes night. Yahoo!
