Congrats!!! I just signed up for a gym, well I actually start going on Oct 1st. We are going out of town twice in Sept, so we figured it would be silly to have a membership that we barely use in the first month. Ideally I want to lose a whopping 50 lbs! I gained a lot of weight really fast over a 14-16 month period, then found out I have hypothyroidism. So now I take a thyroid medication, but I gained so much, I just want to go back to being in "my" body. My weight gain came to a sudden halt after I started the medicine. I have been dieting as well, having Slim Fast bars for breakfast and Weight Watchers meals for lunch. I am keeping my fingers crossed that by next summer I will be at my goal.

. I'm supposed to exercise too, but I don't always find the time. Don't get me wrong, I have a 3 year old, I get plenty of exercise
, it's just not the "structured"
kind you can count.
