Lost voucher/AP problem

Hi. I have not been on these boards in a bit, but I still am wanting to return to USF/IOA.

Last Dec I had my expired Annual Passes and 2 vouchers with me in case we wanted to go to the parks. We did not end up going, so I put them in the glove compartment (because we were going on a cruise).

Now I can't find them!! But.....we made copies of the AP (that are activated/expired) and a copy of one of the lost vouchers (the other was lost one did not have a copy made of it).

So my question is this: can USF look up ticket numbers in their computer and replace one of the vouchers we lost if we can provide proof with a copy?
One of the problems is that we bought 4 vouchers at one time, we have used 2 and still have one and lost one. Clear as mud??

i know if you go to guest services with the photo copies they can check it out in a flash for you and help you with the vouchers.

but i see you are in NC and don't know if you will be in orlando prior to a planned trip.

you can call universal and ask about replacing them if they are valid.


maybe someone from gs might be able to come up with a better answer for you.
