:sad2: Last year when we vacationed at WDW we purchased 10 day magic your way premium passes with the no expiration option. We used 5 days of the tickets with the plan being to use the other 5 days on our next vacation. Well, we are now leaving in less than 3 weeks and cannot find the tickets anywhere and have torn the place apart looking for them! We did make a photo copy of the back of the tickets last year before going and did find this however. I remember seeing a post saying to do this in case you lose your ticket while vacationing, etc.

So my question is... has anyone had a similar experience with this and was able to get the remaining days on their tickets using the photo copy of the back of the original tickets? I would appreciate any info!

Thanks!

I personally have not, but yes, you will be fine. Just stop by guest services when you get there and all will be well. Now get on to the more important things of getting ready to go. :cool1: And enjoy. :thumbsup2

GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!! Always photo copy, it will save you a lot of grief, and perhaps save your vacation should you misplace your MYW tkts!!!! :thumbsup2

That should work. On our last trip, we misplaced 2 tickets, but had the other 3, plus photo-copies of all 5, backs with bar codes.

When we went to the Guest Services window at MGM, the man said "I don't know who told you to copy those tickets, but that's the best advice anyone could give you". In 20 minutes we had 2 replacement tickets.

Take the photocopy if you can't find the tickets.

The CM will have a few questions to ask you about your tickets, so be prepared to think and answer questions a little bit.

Pack up, get read to go - then look for the tickets if you can. Just don't stress out about it as long as you have the photocopy, and all the letters and numbers are legible on it.

Thanks for the replies! I really appreciate it. I should have mentioned that these tickets were purchased through Maple Leaf tickets that we purchased prior to our May 2005 vacation. I do not still have the receipt. Should that make any difference? Thanks again!

Thats fine, as long as its a legal WDW ticket vendor you're fine. I bought Parkhoppers through AAA and had no problem getting them replaced with the Photo Copy.

Take the receipt too, it can't do any harm can it?

I'd also keep a few spare $$ just in case they make you buy more! Not that I think they will...

I never knew that those tickets had no expiration options. The ones we buy here in the UK are only valid from the day you use it to 7, 10, or 14 days afterwards depending on which one you use!
