Lost tickets bought from Undercover Tourist

I bought 7 day hoppers with no exp from UT and now can't find them - I know we have 4 days left on them and although I didn't copy the back I have the order confirmation email from UT when I bought them. Would that be enough to be able to get replacement ones when we go down to WDW next week?? I am hoping so....if not we will be so sad.....
 
What you need to get the tickets replaced are the ticket numbers that were on each ticket (so Disney can reissue tickets with the remaining entitlements). If UT included that info on your receipt, then all you will need is the receipt and ID. Since UT probably buys their tickets in a wholesale block, it would be impossible for Disney to locate your tickets in their computer system. I always suggest to people that if they buy their tickets anywhere but Disney, make a photocopy of the tickets and put it away with the receipt. Then if you need the info, you have it. Tickets bought at Disney can be located in their computer system, so the copies aren't necessary.
 
Contact UT and see if they kept a record of the serial numbers of the tickets. This is a data string which consists of a three letter code starting with "W", a three digit code, a date, and a number anywhere from one to four digits long. If you have those numbers you can go to any Ticket or Guest Relations window and they can cancel the old tickets and issue replacements.

If you had purchased the tickets directly from Disney you could get by with either the receipt which shows a transaction number from the Automated Ticketing System or even if you can present the credit card number which was used to purchase the tickets.

Otherwise you will be out of luck. Of course, within a week of your returning home you will find them and then you can put them in a place where they can be found for your following trip.
 

Thank you soooo much for your replies! I've just spent 3 hours tidying the house looking for the tickets and still can't find them (but at least the house is tidier!) I shall call UT now! Yippee!!!!

Yes they are great they save the day for us last month when my daughter lost her 10 pass with 7 days left on it. I called from the hotel and they gave me the numbers it only took 10 mins to replace.
