My son misplaced his Universal AP. He has no photocopy, number, etc. Is there any way of getting a replacement? His sister-in-law purchased the ticket for him so even the receipt isn't in his name. I'm thinking maybe his fingerprint would hold some proof? Not sure what he should do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

People lose their ap’s
It happens more than you think it does

Contact UO guest services and they will work with you

Has the missing ap been activated and used before?
Or is this a new ap ?

He used his ticket last September and he used his fingerprint when going through the turnstile

I feel your pain... my daughter lost her AP somehow, somewhere on the car ride home a couple years ago. I called guests services who, as macraven said above, told me this happens all the time.

They would not replace the AP over the phone. We had to go to guest services inside the park to get a new AP. Security let her in with no issue once I explained the situation.

Since I purchased the AP for her, I had to be there to show my ID. It was an easy process. If I remember correctly, it cost $10 to replace the lost AP.

Call guest services, and they will be able to help. Your resolution may be completely different than mine.

Sister-in-law purchased the tickets for everyone so the receipt is in her name and will not be with.

But since he previously used it the ap is still activate

Guest services (in person) can reissue the ap
Use the GS that is outside the park
Last year the fee was $10 for a replacement ap

They can match up his fingerprint so it will work out fine for him

The phone app has a way of uploading your ap so you don't need card but can use phone at gate. It may be advisable to use this feature just for this reason. I know this won't help in this situation but may prevent this problem for you in future.
