Lost some points on the website

Hello

I have a problem. i borrowed some points ( 16) back in september and then book some reservations for 2021. and last week i borrowed 13 more points.

Yesterda i cancelled all my reservations for 2021. got all points back without the 16 points. they are not in my 2021 use year or in my 2022 use year.

I cancelled 196 points and only got 180 points back to my account

anyone an idea how this can happen? :-)

It may take a while for them to return, like two weeks of so. If they don't show up in two weeks call MS and ask them.
 
I would also look at the points activity statement as that will be more detailed than the dashboard.

As long as you see the contract showing the points, they will show up. But, as mentioned, give it until next week. They do put borrowed points back with a sweep of the system on Thursdays so it should be correct by then, If not, give a call!

on the activity statement i can see all points correct. i made a chat with a cm, they told me it is a system error and they will fix it next week
