On that drawing -- anyone else notice that one of the hatches has been scribbled out? I wonder if that's where the "incident" happened? It'd be interesting to go see.

How many hatches have we seen? 3? Ours, The one with the tailies, and the medical one Claire went to?

I think whoever dropped the shipment knows about how many people are on the island, the plane crash all of that... too much stuff is linked together.

This may have nothing to with anything but… When Locke is in the bar with his father his father says to him if you don’t come back (or if I don’t see you again something to that affect) then Helens dead. Then later in the hotel room his father asks him if his date at the funeral has a name and Locke says Helen. Am I missing something?

Also maybe the balloon is remote or auto navigated? silly thought but maybe.

Did anyone notice the "extreme climate change" on the map? Wonder if it is going to start getting cold.

It looks like the food drop may have been scheduled. The "P.R.D every 8-10 months" leads me to believe P stands for provisions, the R ..no idea but then D is for drop.

I'm wondering if the gates came down because there was a scheduled drop and they didn't want the people in the hatch to see them.

This is what DH & I thought too.

I know I'm new to this thread and I'm being lazy about reading it Have you discussed why Walt & Michael are no where to be found? I would think as the actors they'd be a little irritated that they haven't been on much this season! We were also thinking about Ecko but it looks like he'll be back next week.

Totally good theory about Locke's Dad being the original Sawyer.

Last night's episode was SO good I didn't want it to end!

DH can't get into it as he was overseas during Season 1. I think I may have to buy or borrow Season 1 so he can watch it and catch up! I hate not being able to talk about it with him!
