Lost reservation question?

Our computer recently crashed and we do not have a copy of our dining reservations.is there any way we can get a copy of this information from Disney?Thanks forany info.

3 years ago I realized after an hour of travelling that I forgot my planner with all my reservations and I panicked.

I called Disney and they were able to get me all of my reservations right away.
Also if you are staying onsite you get a print out with all your reservations when you check in.

As a minimum you can call Disney Dining and get all of your reservations complete with confirmation #'s. One year I even had a great CM cut and paste them into an email for me.
