Lost Photo Pass

I just thought I would let everyone know about my experience with Disney's photo pass. We had lost one of the cards will in Disney World. When I came home I view the other photos and saw I could contact Disney about lost photos. Will it might have took over a week but Disney want above what they had to to found our photos. So for anyone else who has lost there card give it it a try.

I just wanted to say that when dh and I were there in september we wrote down the number on the card in our hotel room after the first picture that way if we did lose it we would still have the number to easily accsses them online and we would just get another the next time our picture was taken. We luckily didnt lose it but some of our pictures did not show up (i guess they didnt swipe the card properly) but we had plenty of good ones and we didnt go searching for them.

Actually we lost one of our cards. I emailed them through the photopass site and they found it! It took about a week.

What I did was contact Disney when I lost mine and they e-mailed me a set of questions but never found my pass from May,, What I did this trip in October was place a return address label on the front of my card and wrote my e-mail address on the label. Every photographer commented on what a great idea I had,,, And they had never seen this done before. I explained that I learned a valuable lessaon when I lost my card,, and was not chancing that again.. ( BTW,, I did not lose my card, I rememebr giving the card to the photographer in AK, and then had the pci taken and had given him my camera to take a pic and then another family came up to have a pic taken and we walked away,, so I belive the photographer just passed my card along )

Yes, I belive this is also what happened to us. But in Epcot!
