Lost or "mis" placed APs?

Ok, i know i've read somewhere on here that WDW will replace your AP if it's lost or misplaced...true??? I hope. Has anyone been through this? What did you need to do to get a replacement? Thanks...

Yup they sure do. I have lost it once and then another time my DH wandered into Epcot ( I was to meet him later) with my AP. Had to have it replaced to get in to find him Love him mean it!
Very easy. Just bring a picture id to the guest services window/area and they will lookyou up and reprint yo a brand new card. Very easy and painless.

I lost my AP 2 years ago. All I had to do was go to the place where you purchase tickets outside of the 4 parks(guest relations?) and show my driver's license. They printed out a new one and I went right into the park. I am sure this is probably still the same procedure.

As long as they are actual AP's and not vouchers, you will not have a problem.

YES, that's why "I" always hold onto the vouchers and even usually the AP's. DH didn't give his AP back to me after our last trip and of course, it's gone...poof.

I had to replace my AP on my last trip and it was no problem. Just went to the guest relations window with my DL and it was quickly taken care of.

I had to replace them TWICE in one trip! And, I didn't even have picture ID because the first tiem I lost my passes, on the first day of my 2 week vacation, they were in my wallet - which I lost - my entire wallet!! So no ID and no passes They didn't give me any trouble at all -- either time! I guess because they can just void the magnetic strip on the originals.

Anyhow, not to worry....
