Arrived last night after 3 hour delay to find all our 7 suitcases missing:sad2: . Still not turned up, cannot be traced and we have nothing but the clothes we stand up in. We cannot get anyone to answer the phone anywhere and we have no clue if they will ever turn up.

It is raining so cannot get to Disney as all our waterproofs etc are packed. Kids cant get swimming as we have no costumes!!!!!!

I need buckets of Pixie Dust please
 
ugh! happened to me too! after 5 weeks of travel in India I arrived at CDG wearing a filthy tshirt, skirt, and flip flops which needed to be burned.

Luggage arrived about 24 hours later smelling of really really really bad stink, and I had to dry clean EVERYTHING.

And the clothing selection at DLRP is not very extensive. Check out Relay at the train station for a more extensive offering of toiletries. And you can buy Disney ponchos to brave the wet.

Best of luck!! I was there in the same situation last week.. I did end up tracking my bags on line via Lufthansa as the phone line was no help at all.

The responsibility for the luggage, of course, lies with the airline (assuming a plane). The responsibility for the decision to spend your time moping in a hotel room is yours and yours alone.

Cases still not found and they cannot be traced at the moment. Trying not to mope but just spent the last 3 hours shopping when I wanted to be with my kids in Disney!!!!! My mum has her medication in case and although not life threatening doesn't help.

honestly, get out if you can! I bought a few items at Relay, then closed the park with kathleena while wearing my smelly clothes. Next day we were back at it from 945am til closing, no breaks, again in my smelly clothes rinsed out in the sink overnight. :) Even without my 'essentials' we had a wonderful holiday. I even wore a pair of glasses instead of my contacts, and could barely see, but it was a great time had by both of us (even if kathleena did keep mentioning the 'funny smells' at the parks ;) )
 
I am sorry to hear you have had such a bad start to your holidays, I hope it gets sorted out soon and you can enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Hope those cases are located very soon! In the meantime please get out there and enjoy DLP, did you have insurance? you an usually buy what you need and have it reimbursed by the insurance company.
