AHH Jackie I have just caught up with this thread and am so sorry about the situation with your cases..after all the months of planning you would never expect something like that to happen.
Glad that you and your family had as good a time as you could without all your belongings.I really hope that BA gives you some compensation then you can go back again and have a super brill time xxx

Still waiting for 2 suitcases to turn up. DH has spent hours tonight phoning and emailing trying to get someone to take responsibility!!!
