Lost my Advanced Dining Reservation List

I've lost the list that I made of the times where I booked for an upcoming trip. If I called Disney, do you think they could pull them all up for me? Would I call the regular Disney dining number? Anyone with similar experience?

Yep just call Disney dining and tell them you lost it and need them to tell you.

Or you can have them printed out at guest relations at your hotel.

They can usually pull up everything with just your phone number.

They will definitely be able to pull them up for you and give you your confirmation numbers/meal times. Last year I called to just confirm my reservations and they went through them for me and I made sure I had everything correct. They actually had made a slight error, so it was good that I called. The CM I spoke to was very helpful and did not mind going through all my ADRs for me.

I should probably call them soon for this year's trip... just to make sure.

Losing your list of ADRs is a pretty serious offense. More often than not, Disney will add a surcharge to your hotel bill on check out. Make sure you question every single charge listed. If they discover you were thinking of pool hopping during your stay, the surcharge more than doubles. Sometimes they even ask for your first-born...
