Lost my ADR Confirmation #'s - What to do?

Maybe you knowledgable people over on this board can help me. I have a trip coming up in late Nov/early December and made ADR's as soon as I could at about the 180 day mark. Now it seems that in some unintentional papershuffling, I've lost the sheet where I wrote down all the exact times and conf. #'s.

I know what days I was going to which restaurant, so will it be as easy as calling up WDW-DINE and having them look them up for my by my name?

I would normally just call them up right now, but I'm travelling overseas and won't be able to make the call for another week and my mind is tied up in this question.

Has anyone out there had a similar problem? I don't know why I didn't file that piece of paper away right when I finished making all the bookings .

they keep track of ADRs by phone number so you should have no problem calling them and getting a list of your ADRs

Yup....name and phone number. I lost a few of mine the other day.

When I went last month they asked me if I wanted them to print out my Dinning schedule, and they did. just ask them for a print out when you check in

They also never ask for the numbers - they always just asked our last name.

Thanks again for the replies. Getting the printout at the hotel would be great. I was only interested in the confirmation numbers in case we show up for an ADR and they didn't have our name on the list. We're using the DDP for some of the days and I don't want to be caught without a TS ADR and have to scramble at the last minute to find something.

Right now write down what day and time you think your ADR's are for...if you have a common name or a name that is difficult to spell(or understand when you are spelling) you might not see what adr's you have on your print out from Concierge. You can call WDW or the hotel concierge to ask for help(the hotel might print it out for you now and mail it to you). I have showed up with out my plans and asked concierge to print my list, only to find 1/2 of my ADR's not on there...when I went to the restaurants that I thought they were at/ time...I was suprised they still had my reservations. Once I showed up at 5:50 for a 5:20 and they still honored it..I explained what happened. You are not the first and will not be the last-this has to happen at least 10 times a day.
