Lost luggage phone number for DCL

Can anyone help
“Are clothes sold on board”
His luggage was lost by the airport. I’m sure someone for him to call I’m not aware of who that would be.
I do know if anyone’s gonna help him, it’s going to be DISBOARDS!

Yes, DCL gift shops stock everything you might need (underclothes, shorts, pants, shirts, ties, bathing suits, etc.). Be sure to let Guest Services know as soon as you board. They will assist you in any way they can, including formal wear. Let the airline know what ports you will be visiting, and hopefully your luggage will catch up with you. For our 2007 Mediterranean cruise, Air France was having a baggage handler's strike, so our suitcases didn't make it onto our second flight when we connected in Paris to Barcelona. We spent the two days prior to our cruise going back and forth from the hotel to the airport, searching for our luggage. We talked to Guest Services onboard who told us that about 1/3 of the ship was also affected! At each port, they sent a crew member to the local airport to gather any luggage that had caught up to fellow cruisers. Every day, luggage trickled in. It was like winning the lottery! On Day 5 of our 12 night cruise, imagine our surprise and delight when we opened our cabin door after a port excursion to see our luggage had been found and delivered!

I should have mentioned, there isn't a DCL phone number to call if your luggage is lost before your cruise - you just report it to Guest Services.
