Lost e-ticket, need help please!

We have bought an APH and have got an email with the code that you have to give at the ticket machine. But, the mail have been deleted so what now? We have some numbers and a receipt for the payment that can be found in our account but I dont know if it is the code.

Does Universal have an email address or do we have to call?
