With the new ticket/biometric system, what would happen if you lost one of your tickets while you were in Disney World?? Would they be able to replace them without any trouble????

Guest Services can replace your tickets if you have the ticket numbers or receipt. Without this information, you will most likely have to purchase new park passes.

Good luck!

This is the first time I used a non-Disney site to purchase tickets. I used the Official Ticket Center advertised on this website. Will Disney replace them anyway?

Would it be a good idea to copy the front and back of each ticket and use that for replacement???

Copy the back of the tickets (all the pertinent info is there) and keep that somewhere separate from the tickets.

BY ALL MEANS DO THIS!! 2 years ago, we lost a ticket. We discovered it after returning to our room and I called guest services for advice. We showed up at guest services at Epcot the next morning and had our new ticket within minutes of me showing the receipt!

It happened to me last summer around RnR when I was waiting for my bf from ToT after getting the FPs for RnR. We got the tickets from some ticket dealers and I have forgotten to make copies of the tickets. So we went to the guest services and told them we lost the tickets. The CM was really nice and asked what have we been and what rides were we on for the day. I lost the tickests around 10am so I was able to tell him the times we went into the park and the time I got the FPs at RnR. He asked us a couple more questions on what have we done yesterday to verify our identity. Whew...then he finally printed us new passes and told us to keep them at a secured place this time since he'll not be able to give us new passes if we lose them again.

So I would say that we really got lucky but from now on I would make copies or my passes!

We purchased our park hoppers from Ticketmania and they send a photocopy of the backs along with the tickets. DH lost 2 while we were at WDW last year, and we took the photocopy, they voided the lost ones and issued new ones in about 30 minutes. The CM said "whoever told you to photocopy the backs, that was the best thing you could have done".

The biometric scanning only measures the outline of your 2 fingers, it's not a fingerprint scan, so it isn't a means of ID to find ticket info.
