Lost Disney Ringtones

Not sure where to post this, but maybe someone here can help...

After the most recent software update, I have lost both of my Disney ringtones. I downloaded both from iTunes about 6 months ago, and on my last sync I individually selected them under the "tones." They still are not showing up on my iPhone. I have another ringtone that I got with a movie download, and that is still on my phone. I'm really not sure what happened, and I don't want to have to buy the ringtones again. Help!

My DH had the same problem. Not sure if he corrected it or not. I have seen that some people unchecked the ringtone in itunes and did a sync and then checked them and synced again and that worked. Good luck.

Are the ringtones still in your iTunes library? Check this by opening iTunes and clicking on "Tones" in the left column. If they aren't you can go to the iTunes store and re-download them for free after you log in with your username and password.

If they are in your iTunes library, plug in your iPhone and re-sync. If they still don't come back, click on your iPhone on the left column, then at the top of the iTunes window click on "Tones". The box "sync tones" should be checked and the "all" radio button should be selected. re-sync. Still no luck? then uncheck the box, click apply, re-sync, re-check the box, click apply and re-sync again.

Still no luck? Sorry, I'm out of guesses.

I just did the "uncheck Ringtones, sync, re-check Ringtones, and sync again" thing, and my ringtones re-appeared! Thanks!
