Lost Disney Movie Rewards points

My daughter had a problem with her Disney Movie Rewards,that it wouldn't let her check her points,or sign in, etc, and she had alot of points and now it'll let her sign in and it says she has "0" points.Is there anyway to contact them to see about them giving them back since she couldn't add anymore points because it wouldn't let her sign in?If so how? I know that I've seen where some people who have lost their Coke Rewards points have gotten them back.Any help would be great because she had several thousand points (every time she wanted to use them,the item was no longer listed).Thanks

Under the 0 reward points is a link that says "these aren't my points" contact them through that link and they will help you get them back.

There is also an employee that monitor's their facebook page. If your DD posts a question on that page, that lady will answer and tell your DD what to do. Good luck!

I had the same thing happen to me. I had over 1500 points. Then my account got locked and I couldn't get in. I emailed and asked them to check into why my account got locked. Then it was unlocked but my points were gone. I emailed again about the missing points. And I never heard anything. Sorry I'm not much help. But this was a good reminder for me to go and check into it again. I will try the PP's advice and see what results I get!
