Lost AP

Hi,
How do I go about replacing a lost AP? I would imagine I'd just go to guest relations, is this correct?

if it was an activated AP, yes, you can just go to guest relations. bring your photo id with you.

it it was an unactivated AP voucher, you would need the reciept showing that you paid for the voucher. (always keep your reciept and your voucher in two different places and take them both with you when you go to activate the voucher. don't forget your ID when activating also.)
