I read that if we lost an AP we can get a replacement for $20. Do we just go to a ticket booth? Is there anyway we can order it online and have it sent to our house?

This would have to be done in person, as you'd have to show a photo ID.

Call the AP hotline to double check, but we were told to go to Guest Services in the Esplanade (by the lockers on the DL side). The CM there took care of everything very quickly.

Yes, agree with luckyrabbit. Go to Guest Services in the Esplanade. This is where MIL was sent to get her replacement.

I did this, this year. I had lost my AP at DCA, and just went to Guest Services to get a replacement.
