Help! My SH has lost his AP card and we leave in 6 days. Can we go to the Guest Relations desk at any park to get a new one? Won't they have a record in their computers? I am assuming he will just need his ID and DVC card.

Any Guest Relations can re-issue the AP with just a photo id.

FYI, you will need to have the receipt to get the new card issued. We always keep the APs and the receipts in a travel folder in our safe. The only issue we had once is that we left it in the safe!!!:rotfl: That time we just gave up and bought new ones and saved the vouchers for another year. I actually thought about leaving our APs in our Owner's Locker this last trip, but decided it might be a problem to change plans now.

My daughter left her AP in her pocket, through the wash! She did not need a receipt she just showed her license and they pulled it up and reissued the pass for her. I did call to ask ahead of time and they said, photo ID is all she needs to have it reissued.

Just a quick note about using the safe. To be safe, be sure to keep the safe key safe! We lost our key one year and it cost an extra $50 to check out and, of course, we had the added entertainment of watching Disney Security drill out the lock to get at one of our cameras.

DS left DH's AP when DS was picking up a FP. DH was able to get a new AP with just his picture ID.

We have had APs reissued more than once and never showed a receipt...just ID. They have it in the computer system.

Yes, all you need is your id. My dH lost mine when retrieving a fast pass. Got the fast passes but lost my AP.

This is one of the reasons I love the annual passes! No stress! If you get on the road without your ticket, just a photo id at guest relations!

The safe I was talking about was the one at home.;)

Yep, no worries at all. Just an ID is needed. I have not had to show a receipt so you should be good to go!
