My Dad just called and it seems that his girlfriends purse which had both their annual passes in fell in the lake where they were boating...don't ask ...
.. anyway - how can they get them replaced...I do have their numbers off the back of their tickets as I have made reservations for them before - but I am not sure which number belongs to which of them....will Disney jsut send them new ones or will they need to get them at the park. My Dad is meeting us there at the end of the month - he is concerned over the finger scan thing that it won't recognize his scan if they issue him a new ticket - I don't have AP's so don't know how to advise him.....any help would be appreciated. Thanks
