I lost my annual pass along with my three kids last week...we got them about 1.5 months ago at Disney. Who can I call to get the m replaced?

You may want to call them. I believe if they are lost you will still be in the system and they can reissue them. Or if you have the receipt you can ask if you can bring it with you to get it reissued at the park.

I found this number on the WDW site: You can also call (407) 560-PASS (560-7277)† or visit any Walt Disney World® Theme Park ticket window to become a Passholder or to get more information.

you can go to the ticket booths and ask for vouchers for you AP's and then get that (tell them you lost them o_0) and then go to the AP place in DL and say you lost teh passes then they will put your passes "on Hold" so if some one found them, then they can't gain access to the park (haha to them) and then they should reissue them to you for like $50.00 or something like that ammount.... But deffenatlly call DisneyLand... i dont have the # handy, but look on the website (Disneyland.com)... I hope you find them!!

Just about the same question was on allears:

Question: I put my AP away somewhere to keep it safe and now I can't find it. Does that mean I'm out hundreds of dollars? --OR-- I have ruined my AP/PAP by putting it in the washing machine. What can I do to get it replaced?

If it was an activated AP/PAP, you have no problem. Simply bring your photo ID to any Guest Relations location and they will reissue your AP/PAP to you.

If you have misplaced a new unactivated AP/PAP voucher, then you have a bigger problem. There is no buyer identification associated with a voucher. It can be exchanged and used by anyone. Your best protection from this is to make a photocopy of the back of your voucher as well as a photocopy of the sales slip and keep them where you would keep other valuable personal papers like insurance policies or bank books. You will have to prove two things to Disney in order to get it replaced: that the voucher actually existed and that you were the one that owned it.

I would keep looking for them but for a fee of just $15.00 each Disney will replace the actual tickets.

I'm not sure if they can do it long distance or not. I do know that we lost our AP's while at WDW. We went to customer service with our ID's & they were able to look up everything in the computer & replace without any problem.

Have you found your three kids? :lmao:

OK, seriously I lost my AP a few years ago. Fortunately my daughter had hers and the numbers were consecutive. They quickly issued me a free replacement and put a stop on the one I dropped. That was at Disney World.

I've lost mine and also have had my magnetic strip stop working. We also had my husbands come to us in the mail from Disney not even knowing he lost it. Someone nicely turned it in, but again it has his finger stuff on it so noone could use it anyway. They replaced mine both times and I joked about the strip not working because we go alot, and the CM at Geust relations asked me if I had a magnetic closure on my purse. I do and he said that will affect the strip on your ticket and make it stop working properly. Just a tip. But, I had no problems replacing it. Except he said not to put it in that purse I had. :)
