Lost and found and wedding bands

Got back from an amazing 5 day vacation at the wilderness lodge villas.

The last night I was horsing around with my kids at the quiet pool. Early the next day we flew back home and I realized my wedding band was gone.

I know it's in the pool. I changed fingers with it in the pool and I never take it off before bed. Im so used to having it I just didn't realize.

Called lost and found at WL and they said they'd let me know if it turns up.

Im really bummed. Am I dreaming that things like that turn up?

OMG sending lots of your way. I am so sorry this happened to you. This is the exact reason why I don't wear any jewelry to the pool. This would be my biggest fear. OP I hope who ever finds your ring will do the right thing.

I would also call the main lost and found for WDW. It is located over at the TTC. All lost and found items eventually should in theory end up there. Log it with them and they will call you if it comes in. Hope you find it.

A thought is the ring getting caught up in the Filter or trapped in the Wire thingie (don't know official name) My DH used to clean-up our comminity Pool and found lots of stuff trapped there .... Call so they can have Pool Clearned check that . trap .. out ///

Do call the resort and the main lost and found-my friend recently had some nice sunglasses returned weeks after the fact.Very pleasant surprise! It sure can't hurt.

At WL we left behind a portable DVD remote and an iPhone charger, called lost and found within an hour of leaving, and neither returned.
