Hopefully someone can help us with our situation...
My wife surprised me on Christmas with a trip to WDW for my Bday in January
She had to book some ADRs without my knowledge, and without knowing exactly where I'd want to eat, she had to double book a couple nights. Our plan was to go on this week and cancel the ones we didn't want.
Here's where we are running into our problem. When my wife booked the restaurants, they all showed up in her online account and she also got emails. However she thinks she accidentally deleted the emails (as gmail groups them all together and was trying to delete the email corresponding to an ADR she had already cancelled). However since they were all online she didn't worry about it.
Yesterday she went online and realized the whole system had been 'updated'. None of our ADRs are listed and we have to 'manually' import them using our confirmation #'s - but we don't have them! (except for Be Our Guest).
Since we had that one conf #, were able to 'transfer' the Be Our Guest ADR to the new system but cannot see the others. We are planning to call WDW tomorrow.
Will they be able to find our ADRs? We want to confirm the times and also cancel the couple we don't need anymore, and are kinda freaking out that they don't have any of them anymore. Please help!
