Lost 50% off certificate

On my last cruise horrible things happened. As a result DCL sent us 50%off coupons. They were numbered and specific to our names and non transferable.
I managed to keep them safe for months. I took them out to mail in and left them on the coffee table, and now they are gone! I think my Daughter may have thrown them out.
Does anyone know if DCL will reissue them? I have an email out to guest services, but I won't hear back until tomorrow at the earliest. And I'd love to stop looking.

My first thought is that your discount might be attached to your castaway club member number. A call to DCL customer service tomorrow will hopefully Give you peace of mind. Others wise a session in dumpster diving might be in order . Fingers crossed for a happy ending

Guest services got back to me. They are reissuing the certificates! Thanks heavens. And they are sending them directly to finance so I don't have to risk losing them again.

Out of curiosity, what sort of horrible things nets a customer a 50% off coupon?

Our room flooded with black stinky water
We were moved to a non accessible room.
This meant the bathroom wasn't accessible (think about that for a second)
And the scooter couldn't go through the door.
Property was damaged. Some was salvaged some wasn't able to be fully sanitized or repaired.
That was the big ones.
