NoI would like to be added to the list. I think a reasonable goal for me would be 25 lbs. Is there anything else you need from me for the chart?
what is the best work out dvd and what the frig is plates???
i lovee dirty dancing so i might invest in that dvd!
oooh so today my hunger is bad.
my tummy is aching for food - crap food.
day 3 into the diet...and this is what i have eaten so far. i have been so good.
BREAKFAST
Low fat nautral yoghurt & blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
LUNCH
Salad - lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sweetcorn & green pitted olives & low fat coleslaw. (olives are fattening i know, and i need to cut them out as i usually have loads on my salads!!!)
DINNER
Salad - same as above, with a hard boiled egg or some boiled potatoes or some grilled chicken with it.
Grapes & strawberries to snack on all day. (i have been eating a half a box in the evening) and i have some olives too...
i have Tea abour 5 times a day with milk & 1 sugar...
AND IM HUNGRY!!
LAST NIGHT I DREAMED I WAS EATING CHIPS???? huh?? is this normal???

Weight Watchers Bagel (2pts) & Tbsp Tesco Extra Light Soft Cheese (1pt)
LUNCH
1 Finger Roll (1.5pts), Proper Roast Ham med slice (1pt), Tesco Light Choices Chinese Chicken Soup in a Mug (0.5pts), 2 Satsumas (0.5pts), Weight Watchers Chocolate Caramel Bar (1.5pts)
DINNER
200g Skinless Chicken Breast (4.5pts), 1/2 Jar Weight Watchers Tikka Sauce (2pts), 62.5g Rice - Uncle Ben's Boil in Bag (3pts)
So 17.5pts - I'm allowed 22, but I'm trying to keep under 20. I might have a Weight Watchers Rich Toffee Bar after my tea, so maybe 19pts![]()
Oh you guys are doing soo good!
I had a dream last night that I didn't fit into my dress. (It came in yesterday and I haven't picked it up yet)
So this morning, I woke up and was like I need to start a diet!! I am currently heavier than I was while pregnant with my third daughter.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by September... which is the same goal I had back in January.. ugh!!
Oh dear, we all have days like that sweetie.ooh im upset.
i went a bit mad earlier.
there were some mini sausage rolls on the kitchen side when i came home from work that my mum made and i thought '' no, im going to have my 'treat' tonight and have my low fat cheesy wholemeal pasta' ...
while i was stirring my pasta round in the saucepan i ate a sausage roll... and then another... and then stuffed two in my mouth and well, i ended up eatingg about 11.....
i ate perfectly today.. again my tummy was killing me, where its not used to not having junk filling it up all day long and i had my yummy youghurt and fruit for brekkie and my salad for lunch...
