I've decided to switch my weigh-in days from Mondays to Fridays so I can weigh in with the Peeps on the DISappearing Peeps thread. They seem like a wonderful group and so far have been very welcoming. When it comes to weight loss I just think you cannot have too much support.
So that means I weighed in this morning. I am down 1.4 pounds since Monday. Not bad, I guess. I say that because I've been slacking off on doing any exercising lately and I know if I would just do that it would probably be even more. I guess that can be my goal for the next week, get off my butt and move more. LOL Also to cut back on the diet soda. It's so bad for me and I really need to be drinking more water. Especially in this heat.
I'm going to the movies tonight. Going to see Wall-E with the family. That means popcorn!!

What to do, what to do.
I think I will make sure to have something to eat before we leave and bring in a cold bottle of water with me. Then maybe a baggie so I can take some out of the tub and only eat what fits in a small baggie. That sounds like a plan to me. Otherwise I could easily eat an entire large popcorn all on my own!!
Hopefully the movie will be so entertaining that I won't even think about popcorn.
