Losing the Magic

This is a copy of a letter I sent to Disney after our last visit in late November. Disney did respond to it with a generous 'make up' offer but even that hasn't changed my or my wife's opinion of Disney.



So for use, yes Disney has lost the magic.

I so agree! Disney is down grading to just a theme park, and is moving from a top tier theme park to a mediocre. It’s so sad as it’s used to be so special and a real place to experience a dream comes through.
