Okay so I'm getting back on track so I can stop this stall on weight loss. I know why I stalled and there is no excuses. I stopped tracking food and exercising. I'm very lucky to have maintained my 15 weight loss I achieved through out 2008.

I slowly was falling off Weight Watchers online plan as I was gearing for a move to Nashville, TN. I moved in Dec and 2 weeks later was out of savings and didn't get my job I was hoping for right away. So I called up my dad in Florida and asked to stay with him until tax refund and hope for a job before then. I'm waiting on my w2s from AZ still. UGH I hope they didn't get lost in mail. I finally got a job and I am looking forward to having my own space again. :happytv: ;) So anyway here I am back in central Florida and ready to work on training for the half marathon or the full but pretty sure I will start with the half marathon because of my weight and fitness level now. Even though I have all year I think the half would be better fitted goal? I weighed in 2 weeks ago at 278 and I hope to be out of the 270s by mid April.

I've been busy trying to make plans for daycare/before school care for my daughter so between orientations for work and etc. I've been really busy the past few days so haven't had time to check in.

I weighed in on Monday 277.6 so down .4 from my last weigh in 2 weeks before. :thumbsup2 I'll take it. I passed up ice cream sandwich yesterday so I'm quite proud of that achievement. No exercise yet this week but I will get it added when I get at good routine and schedule going. I've been running all day once I got home in afternoons. Today work let out a couple hours early because we got a lot done I guess and they didn't want to start the next "projects" yet. :goodvibes

Good to see you on the boards! We have a similar goal, I started at 260 and I am also running the half marathon in 2010. You can definitely do it, the half marathon is a perfect goal for you. I will see you at the start line, let's see what we can accomplish until that point :) 10 months is plenty of time to lose weight and get in shape for a half marathon. Are you thinking of doing any other races at Disney this year? I am planning on doing the race for the taste 10K in October with my daughter, it will be her first "long" race. She has done 5Ks before but i'm going to have to train her up for that one.

Wow what a week. I'm sore from lifting stuff at my new job. I'm sure my muscles will build up in the next week or so. Can't beat the increased metabolism though. :thumbsup2 I've been doing ok with eating. Even though I've had ice cream I think I'll be alright on weigh in day. I haven't been able to journal my food just adjusting to my new free time to do so.

Yeah Tinkerbell, I have thought about doing one of the other races. I just have to look up the info on all of them.

Yippy I was down 1 lb last Monday and 3.8 this morning. :woohoo: :cool1:

That's so exciting but I put it all on the new very active job since I haven't done much else. I have had a loss of appetite but not really eating certain foods or tracking it. I still haven't adjusted to my new schedule.

I'm moving out into my own place very soon so I'll be in control of all foods coming in the house. ;) :goodvibes
