I have Epcot secured for NYE. Only wanted to add one more park day for HS. It was green, green, green - on many days. No matter what I did - all the browsers, incognito mode, etc.......I kept getting messages that the park was full. Even though it showed green. I chatted online with an agent and she gave me the Web Help Desk phone number and I'm on hold forever. HS is not available anymore, I'm beyond frustrated. What can I do at this point??? Even if it shows green again, I know I won't be able to actually book it.
