Losing my mind trying to make Park Reservations....

I have Epcot secured for NYE. Only wanted to add one more park day for HS. It was green, green, green - on many days. No matter what I did - all the browsers, incognito mode, etc.......I kept getting messages that the park was full. Even though it showed green. I chatted online with an agent and she gave me the Web Help Desk phone number and I'm on hold forever. HS is not available anymore, I'm beyond frustrated. What can I do at this point??? Even if it shows green again, I know I won't be able to actually book it.
 
I haven’t personally had this issue, but others on here and other Disney forums have had success calling if there’s a problem booking park reservations. Even though HS isn’t available anymore I’d still call so they can look at your account and make sure everything is good so that you can actually book a park reservation if it becomes available.
