Last week I lost 4 lbs which I knew was a fluke as I never lose that much except at the start of a diet. After going to the gym every day and going to bed starving hungry every night this last week I've managed to put ON 3 lbs this week which makes no sense at all but is extremely disappointing. I'm pretty sure it's a hormonal thing as mine are all over the place being a lady "of a certain age" as they say but I could really do without putting weight on when I've been so good!! I'll have to tell myself it's muscle!! Going to Disneyland Paris in 6 days so it'll be interesting to see what I weigh when I get back!! Good luck to everyone else this week!!! (By the way, when I do the totals next weekend I'll just add up the losses and ignore the gains and "stayed the same"s!!!)
a 2lb loss for me too. But I've been fluctuating so much it probably doesn't count! will try and be so good now I've only got 11 days til Florida so hopefully I can see off another half stone at least!

Di, weigh yourself tomorrow morning , just to see whether there is any difference, as it could just be fluid.
I am going to ww tonight, i usually go on a wed night but i am starting a computer course then, so can't make it.

Congratulations to those who have lost this week. I have weight watchers tomorrow. I have been good this week but I lost 3 1/2 last week so don't expect to loose a lot this week. Half a pound or 1lb will be great.
i lost 2lbs!! i am so pleased as i didnt expect to!!
my computer course is the ecdl one, its runs from nov until july after school from 4pm til 6.30 pm, and there is also work to do at home.

I lost 1/2lb this week which I expected. I had been really good but lost 3 1/2 last week so wasn't expecting much. 4lb in 2 weeks is OK though.

I started my diet yesterday so I will have to join in on Week 3 weigh in to let you know how I got on.
I really wanted something after dinner last night, but I held out, and then just had a hot choc instead.
Went to bed with a rumbly tummy tho.
Had no energy to go to the gym last night, as I think my body went into shock from the diet starting, but once I get used to being on a diet again, I know I will be able to go the gym and work on my Disney miles.
I still have a long way to go!!
Can't wait until Tues evening for my first weigh in!
