Loosen a button...8 days of Free Dining

Enjoying your reviews. I'm pleased to hear a good review of the pork at Citricos, I was thinking about trying that dish next week, so happy to hear it's good.

It was amazing! I was nervous because they cook it medium...it did have a bit of pink, but I was so tender and moist. It comes with several varieties of mushrooms under the pork, on top of the risotto.

So sad, but it was time to leave. We really wanted to use some more credits before we left...and as the CM at check out was so nice to point out, we still had 5 counter service credits left!!

We were packed up and had just about 30 minutes before we needed to leave for the airport (or so we thought). We decided that WPE would be a bit better than the All Star food court...and boy were we right.

I had the Three Cheese, Tomato and Basil while mom had a chocolate chip waffle...again 2 drinks each, and we ordered a side of sausage. This place really is amazing, it was kinda like a cross between TS and CS. The portions were HUGE and I still can't believe it was just a CS credit. We agreed we should have come here more often!

I have always loved the DP...I don't think it's AS good a deal anymore without gratuity included, but I still think it gives me the chance to try things and places I wouldn't have...mostly because I am not a saver. By putting the DP onto our packaged, I know 90% of our food is paid for upfront.

It was a bit too much food for us, only because of my mom's condition. Next year when I go with dbf, I am sure it will be just enough food :lmao:

Most of our servers were great and no one batted an eye when we said we were on the DP. I don't think we had one encounter with sub-par food (except my dessert at MM) or bad servers (Boma).

But, and this is a big BUT...I will NEVER EVER EVER go in September again. I will write more tonight in my tr, but free dining was NOT worth the heat. I really just couldn't function for too many hours in the sun and it really diminished my appetite. I will use the DP again but will gladly pay for it.

The parks are dead...it's a great time to go, but WAY too hot for me, lol

It's awesome!! The French Toast is a snack credit or you can get two snacks and a drink for a counter service...we did this a few times becausE we had so many CS credits left!

Coming from Maine, that week in Orlando was just BLAZING to me. I could stand the heat somewhat, but what really got to me was HOT COLD HOT COLD HOT COLD. The damn air conditioner made me freeze in my skirt and top, but outside I was sweating.

The DDP seemed to be too much food for me (sometimes I'd prefer an ap over a desert, or neither) though the portion sizes were perfect. I do like that I tried restaurants I never would have thought about without the DDP. It was so hot that I couldn't eat more than 1.5 meals a day, and we had like 6 snack credits on our last day.

I am with you, I don't think I'll go again in the sweltering September. The empty parks were nice though.

I am with you, I'll go again and possibly buy the DDP (definitely will if it's just me, so I can do signature restaurants), but I don't think I'll go again in the sweltering September. The empty parks were nice though.

That's why I like to go in January!! Parks are empty but it's not so HOT!

January is what I was thinking, maybe Jan 2010. :) It's cold up here and 65/70 degrees down there will feel like summer!
