Looks like the beginning of the end for Stitch...

I am not opposed to this attraction closing - though I do think Stitch deserves a better attraction. I think he's one of the most unique characters Disney has produced, and is my favorite.

What I am opposed to is this "seasonal" operation. I had planned to ride it during my trip because I figured it was going away, and now, with less than two months notice, I'm finding out it will be closed my entire trip. I don't understand why, unless it's just yet another money grab so pinch pennies and save a few bucks. Would it kill them to keep it open during Oct and Nov?

I really am getting tired of Disney making all these cutbacks while expecting customers to shell out more and more for reduced experiences. And before anyone says 'If you don't like it, don't go' I've already decided that, after this trip I've already paid for, it will be probably 2019 at least before I go back again. Just too much else in the world to see, and planning a Disney vacation has become like a second job, and more stress than fun for me. (And that's saying a lot... I used to love to plan. I'm not sure what's changed.)

"Wreck It Ralph" does not fit in tomorrow land. I guess in the sense where it's about video game characters perhaps? Just my opinion.

We had already told our girls this was going to be our last trip for a while. We will spend our vacation dollars elsewhere. We've been going at least twice a year for the last 9 years. Moves like this only reassure me we've made the right decision.

Yep. I mean... when you boil it down, despite the cost, going to Disney used to make me feel like a princess. Now it makes me feel like an ATM.

watching someone draw a picture would be more exciting then the stitch attraction at this point....its boring and to loud for it to be a good nap attraction like COP

I really hope that something Stitch related goes in, there is not a huge amount in the MK for people who like the 00's movies.

Good. Good? hmm...yeah, sure. I'm not pressed.
I wish they never changed it. But whatever.
I can't tell you how many times I've been on it on both incarnations and had a kid lose their ish in that attraction.

Also, the attraction would have made an awesome ride based on the ALIENS movies.
The Weyland Yutani corperation could have been holding a presentation for a captured alien, and then it gets loose.
But not for Disney World, obviously.

Me. That was me.

10 year old me DID NOT appreciate Alien Encounter. Now I would totally do it again!
