Got a few nice watches today (yes, cheapos again) and lo and behold, the straps don't fit - far too loose. I could do it myself, but I'm not at home with tools and doubt I even have the toolbit I need! They need to physically remove some links in the metal strap, which I am told involves the use of a hammer in some cases!

I’m comfortable changing bands or adjusting clasps myself, but when it comes to removing links from the band, I let the professionals deal with it. It’s one reason why I got an adjustable magnetic band for my last watch. It automatically adjusts every time I put the watch on so it always fits right.

Sweet!
