We had Eastern Caribbean cruise scheduled for December 12th. Looked at the Disney Cruise Line app today and the reservation is gone from my account so I called they looked up the old reservation and said huh looks like that's been canceled let me check. When the rep came back on the line all he was allowed to say is look for an email later today. He did tell me there were four other people that have submitted a similar question. Also you cannot book any December cruises on the website December 2020 is greyed out.

This does not come as a surprise to me because I couldn't believe that the first cruise out of the box for the fantasy would be a 7 night cruise. I would think maybe at 3 night

Disney Cruise Line announced today a cancellation of the remaining 2020 Itineraries through December 2020 officially this morning. Anyone with a booking will probably receive a email notification from DCL or your TA in the coming days. Looks like it's highly doubtful for anything happening the rest of this year, and conceivably into 2021, depending on when they can get the clearance from the CDC to conduct Test Sailings and meet with all safety protocols per the Framework that they release earlier.

What is the current refund policy for canceled cruises? If our early 2021 cruise is canceled, we will most likely transfer to a later date, but I’d like to know what to expect. I’m assuming full refund or credit transfer?

Our cancelled cruise was 100% refund or 125% future credit. If you are not paid in full they only offer a refund.

If you paid in full you can get a full refund or 125% credit for another cruise or cruises . If a partial pay you would automatically get a refund.

February is the earliest I expect cruise ships to sail out of the US, and that's going to be either MSC (with most of their ducks already in row from Europe) or RCL (who can make use of both Coco Cay and Labadee).

DCL (and others) will most likely start in March when the school holidays bring the families back out. They might sneak in a few sailings in February. Anything earlier is dead in the water.

I don’t see December happening. I think it will be a question of how far into 2021 they have to cancel cruises.

December is already not happening. CLIAhas extended the voluntary suspension through Dec 31 and Disney has been sending cancellation emails

I think the most likely scenario at the very start is for the Fantasy operating several of the Dream's scheduled cruises, alternating so that each boat can then go out to sea for a few days upon return for cleaning and evaluation of their processes.

We just moved our May 2021 cruise...wonder if it would have sailed...
I believe you have a very good chance for the Cruise to sail in May. I’m assuming my January cruise will go to 125 FCC. I have a May 2021 and a January 2022 pretty sure those are both going.
