look'n for a particular snack

I'm hoping to be able to get some yummy dipped apples...ya' know those ones dipped in ooey gooey caramel and rolled in candy, nuts, etc.
Can you get these with the snack credits?
Where can I locate them?

I was able to get one with a snack credit at the candy store at MGM. Huge apple covered in caramel and nuts. Not sure what the name of the store was, but it was on the street that heads toward Tower of Terror (but close to the "main" MGM street).

That would be the Beverly Sunset building and the store is Sweet Spells, right next to Villians in Vogue.
