Looking to Rent at BCV 04/15 thru 04/22

I'm researching for my Aunt for the week of 04/15 thru 04/22 (2005). Is there availability at the Beach Club Villas (I think it comes to 134 points) and how much? Also, if there's not availability at the BCV, can points be used at the Beach Club?
