Looking to rent 155 pts. BCV 12/05

We are looking for Beach Club, checking in December 4, checking out December 9 or 10th- I'm working on that right this minute. I would like to check out the 9th and stay someplace else on the last night since it is a weekend at high points. DH says live a little and cough up the dough . The most we would need is 155. Willing to pay $10 pt with a deposit now and balance 45 days out. I have rented from someone here before, but don't remember who to give you as a reference! DH is a little leary about me doing this, so if you have a reference or another way to reassure him, that would be great! E-mail me at angela @ claycreations.net . Thanks!

Hi, i understand your dh is nerves about renting, but remember the seller (sort of speaking) also has a great risk in renting their points. i am sure a great deal of sellers only want the money up front to guarantee you wont back out at the last minute and put their points at great risk, either in a holding account or even losing the points and only has half the money not even enough to cover what the points are worth. The seller also runs the risk that not that you would do this but if the renters or their children trash the unit it all falls on the seller. if you cant find someone to rent to you & agreeing on the same terms, try doing a search of all your posts to find out who you rented from, that probably would be your best bet. Good Like sending you pixie dust, by the way dont wait to much longer we are approaching the 7 month booking and those dates will be gone if they are not already,the points are low during that time and it books fast.
